About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the iRefresh customer experience workstream. You'll be responsible for delivering new iRefresh journeys across international markets, aligning requirements with market stakeholders, and collaborating with our product and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of iRefresh customer journeys, ensuring seamless experiences across Web, Mobile App, and Servicing Portals.
  • Align requirements with market stakeholders, understanding their current and future needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our product and business partners, including Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) teams, to drive strategic deliverables.
  • Contribute to the product backlog, ensuring our Engineering partners have the necessary detail to interpret user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in PI Planning, supporting Agile and SAFe practices, and working closely with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Cross Platform and Delivery (CPD) teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in digital product management or business analysis.
  • A self-starter mindset, with individual initiative, proactiveness, and personal accountability.
  • A proven track record of driving results in fast-paced environments with significant ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Understanding of the AML/KYC domain.
  • University degree in engineering, UI design, computer science, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Rally, JIRA, Mural, and Slack.
