Job Title: Senior Care Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Operations Manager to join our team at Leader Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing semi-independent homes, ensuring compliance with local authority obligations, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage semi-independent homes, ensuring compliance with local authority obligations.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for young people.
  • Coordinate placement setups, care packages, and risk assessments.
  • Lead staff training, supervision, and development.
  • Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance across all units.
  • Build relationships with external agencies, including social services and the police.

Requirements:

  • Level 4/5 NVQ/Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Proven experience in a care management role.
  • Excellent leadership and operational management skills.
  • A passion for providing exceptional care services and achieving positive outcomes.
