About the Role
The Registered Domiciliary Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and growing a successful care team that delivers high-quality personal care services to our service users. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for community care, and a solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve care services and meet regulatory requirements.
- Lead and motivate a team of care workers to deliver exceptional care and support to service users.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
