As a highly experienced General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our luxury care home, Maycroft Manor. This is an exciting opportunity to take centre stage and lead our team on an exciting journey of delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

About You:

We are looking for a proven manager with a strong background in care home operations, ideally with experience at a similar level. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing large teams, multi-tasking, and prioritising tasks effectively. Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements are essential. RN/RMN qualification is desirable.
