Job Title: Clinical Lead - Adult's Care Manager

Partridge House, a sanctuary of warmth and personalized care for those aged 65 and over, seeks a Clinical Lead - Adult's Care Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day care of residents, delegating roles to nursing and care staff as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to the Registered Nurses, ensuring they obtain and sustain the clinical competencies necessary to meet the needs of residents.
  • Act as a Shift Team Leader, providing overall supervision and development for care staff.
  • Contribute to the training of care staff and other staff, acting as a role model at all times.
  • Ensure the Gold Care standards and support systems are effectively operated and lead to positive outcomes for people who use our services.
  • Assist the Home Manager with formal supervision/appraisal of Staff Members in line with company policy.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a deputy manager/clinical lead is highly desired.
  • Must be clinical with active NMC pin.
