We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager - Digital Product Management, iRefresh within the dynamic Financial Crimes Product & Capabilities team, which forms part of the Company's ongoing Financial Crimes Transformation program. This Product Manager will be a thought leader with an analytical, delivery & solutions mindset, focusing on the expansion of iRefresh, our KYC Refresh product, end-to-end across international markets and overseeing exciting developments to digital customer journeys across Web, Mobile App and Servicing Portals.

You will be responsible for the iRefresh customer journeys as we accelerate our expansion of refresh capabilities across international markets. As a Product Manager you will lead the iRefresh customer experience workstream and will be comfortable working directly with our product partners in Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) and our business stakeholders in the markets. You will have a product-mindset, and be comfortable with data and system flows that support customer journeys. Together, we will deliver the Refresh roadmap to supportthe Financial Crimes Transformation strategy, driving outcome oriented and customer centric conversations with our business collaborators and partners to deliver for our customers.

International Operational Excellence is responsible for supporting our international Issuing and Acquiring businesses across 27+ markets, and has established a centralized Financial Crimes Transformation and Anti Money Laundering (AML) program designed to accelerate progress in delivering on KYC and AML obligations. This is in response to increased regulatory risk as a result of growing expectations and expanded regulatory requirements.

The Financial Crimes Transformation program is focused on defining a robust and sustainable AML KYC framework that can demonstrate:
  • Clear long-term vision, underpinning an optimised customer journey and servicing strategy translated into a multi-year capability set and delivery roadmap
  • Robust, sustainable processes that drive a high degree of quality with effective controls and rigorous business testing
  • Strong business governance and accountability
  • Mature business risk management practices in relation to AML and Terrorist Financing
How will you make an impact in this role?
  • Lead delivery new iRefresh journeys in our Web, Mobile App and Servicing Portals across international market to support the execution of strategic deliverables to deliver the roadmap
  • Align requirements for iRefresh experiences with market stakeholders, understanding their current and future needs and in alignment to regulatory requirements & commitments
  • Collaborate with our product and business partners in the international markets and engineering teams, especially the Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) teams
  • Contribute to the product backlog at a capability level, ensuring our Engineering partners have requisite detail to interpret user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Participate fully in PI Planning in support of Agile and SAFe practices for effective Product Management in close partnership with our Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Cross Platform and Delivery (CPD) teams, to support planning and execution across multiple platforms
  • Being passionate about the product, advocating the vison to inspire the program partners and stakeholders
  • Continuously learning and adopting different approaches and new technologies that drive scalability and improve customer experiences
  • Not just limited to the above functions, the incumbent will lead or support other pertaining product management activities aspects within the evolving landscape of KYC refresh environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the digital product management/ development or business analysis space
  • Self-starter who shows individual initiative, proactiveness and personal accountability
  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment often with significant ambiguity
  • Demonstrates strong organizational, prioritisation, analytical and problem-solving skill
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of the AML/KYC domain is preferred
  • University degree in engineering, UI design, computer science or equivalent technical experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Rally, JIRA, Mural and Slack is desirable
