Role Overview:

Are you a creative thinker with a flair for marketing? As a Creative Marketing Assistant at 8Bits, you will play a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include content creation, managing our social media presence, and supporting various marketing initiatives to enhance our brand visibility and engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of creative marketing strategies.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Support the coordination and promotion of events, ensuring effective communication to target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Help maintain the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting and sending newsletters.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing or communications roles is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and understanding of social media analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for the entertainment industry and creative marketing.
