**Hours**: Mon to Fri - 9am to 5pm

**Salary**: upto. £23000 p/a (plus benefits after qualifying period)

**About the role**

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the implementation of our marketing strategies by:

- Creating compelling visual and written content for various online and offline channels
- Analysing the performance of marketing initiatives using Google Analytics
- Monitoring and managing our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Tik Tok
- Collaborating with external web development teams to update and maintain the company website using Webflow
- Coordinating and executing various promotional activities and events
- Maintaining a well-organised marketing content calendar

**Qualifications and Skills required for this Marketing Assistant post**:
You will potentially be a Recent graduate or CIM qualified.
- Proficient in interpreting social analytics.
- Skilled in multiple software platforms including Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with databases and CRM systems.
- Quick learner with a can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-company collaboration.
- Eye for visual design and creative flair.
- Basic experience in photography and/or video production.
- Some knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Basic design skills, including Canva.
- Desirable: Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Professional.
- Desirable: Experience with external agencies.
- Desirable: Basic understanding of SEO.
- Desirable: Experience of podcasting

**Salary & Benefits for this Marketing Assistant role**:

- Salary c. £20000 to £23000 depending upon experience.
