**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- **Responding to customer queries over the phone & via e mail, exceeding expectations at every stage of the customer journey, delivering a 5* experience every time**
- **Building rapport and meaningful professional relationships; empathising, listening, and understanding our customers and their needs**
- **Driving B2B sales targets by delivering expert advice on all products, current promotional activity & offering alternatives with confidence**
- **Processing and managing customer orders with the utmost accuracy**
- **Making outbound calls to our existing trade clients, endorsing all current Company activities, including Aderans trade shows & exclusive educational seminars**
- **Complaint handling, gathering all the necessary information and resolving complaints to the highest standard**
- **Providing a range of general administrative support to the Customer Service Manager**
- **Offering administrative assistance to other departments, such as data management tasks & website admin, ensuring timely & accurate input of information**
- **A people person, first & foremost**
- **Affable & professional telephone manner**
- **Follows direction but can also work on their own initiative**
- **Adopts a ‘can-do’ attitude with every task**
- **Excellent time management & organisational skills**
- **A born multi-tasker who actively embraces a varied workload**

**Skills & Experience required**
- **Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Customer Service role**
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential**
- **Proven competency in all general office administration**
