As a Mid-Weight Creative at Tillo you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Creative with the production of a diverse range of creative assets from graphic design to motion graphics, short and long-form videos, and captivating exhibition stands

We’re the market leader in the UK and are active in a number of other markets including Europe, Australia and India. This year we will continue to expand our presence in the US as well as setting up operations in new countries

If successful you'll have the opportunity to work closely with (and learn from) the wonderful Sophia, our passionate Head of Creative, as well as the wider marketing team.

**If successful, you will**:

- Produce professional and high-quality assets in line with our brand guidelines
- Take full ownership of creative projects, working with key stakeholders and freelancers to establish requirements, timescales, and budgets
- Present your creative ideas and assets to key stakeholders, confidently explaining the rationale behind creative decisions and taking feedback onboard
- Work on a range of design assets, including social media layouts, motion-graphics, video editing, event stand design, website graphics and more
- Edit short and long-form video content (ideally including animation)
- Liaise with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality
- Interpret data to inform creative decisions

**About you**:
You're a proactive Creative with some experience in **B2B marketing** (ideally within SaaS) looking for a role where you can use your initiative, and work on varied projects. You're comfortable working from our Hove office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You have experience:

- Using Adobe Creative Suite
- Leading creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Thinking outside the box, using creativity to problem solve
- Consulting effectively with non-designers on projects

It's not essential, but we'd love to hear from you if you have some experience with:

- SaaS/Fintech marketing
- Animation
- Figma
