We're looking for Facilities Site Manager to join our PFI Schools team based in Bromley, Kent.

 

Location: Bromley, Kent.

Contract: Full Time. Permanent. Monday to Friday.

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Facilities Site Manager, you'll be working within the FM Team, supporting them in delivery of the contract across the school sites.

Your day to day will include:

  • Conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs and maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to school activities.
  • Liaising with the school regarding building-related variations and incidents.
  • Managing subcontractors on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Overseeing reactive and planned maintenance in line with contract SLAs

  • You have a strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and FM practices.
  • You can evidence a track record as a site-based FM Manager with exceptional leadership skills.
  • You are skilled in people management, influencing, and driving business change.
  • You have effective client relationship management abilities
  • You are proficient in workload prioritization and multitasking
