Strategic Facilities Management Role

About the Opportunity

Galliford Try is seeking a seasoned Facilities Management professional to lead the delivery of Hard and Soft FM Services within the Kent EHFA project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of the Planned Preventative Maintenance module of the CAFM system, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing tasks reported via West Kent Housing Association.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and meet contractual KPI's
  • Manage and maintain asset registers for compliance purposes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare and deliver Variations and Additional Works to meet project requirements
  • Identify and implement improvements to service delivery processes
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and quality

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Facilities Management, Building, or Engineering
  • Experience in Facilities Management in a PFI environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CAFM and other relevant software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
