About the Role:

Galliford Try is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of facilities management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of facilities management services to our clients, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal performance of our facilities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with our clients to identify and prioritize their facilities management needs.
  • Develop and implement business plans and financial budgets to ensure the efficient delivery of facilities management services.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that all financial obligations are met.
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities for our facilities management services.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in facilities management, building, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in facilities management within a PFI environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of facilities management principles, practices, and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
