Facilities Manager Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of caretakers, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness and upkeep throughout the school.
  • Manage daily operations and organize shift schedules to facilitate the efficient functioning of site services.
  • Perform regular assessments to confirm that all facilities are secure, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Handle minor repairs and maintenance duties, collaborating with external service providers as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and institutional policies.
  • Assist during school functions and events, ensuring all logistical requirements are fulfilled.
  • Maintain documentation and reports concerning site management and maintenance activities.

Facilities Manager Working Hours:
  • Term Time: Shift Pattern - 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm
  • School Holidays: 8am-4pm

Requirements:

  • Basic maintenance skills for minor repairs.
