About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a key member of our corporate property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and productivity of our work environment.

Your primary focus will be on managing the facilities service for our corporate properties, ensuring they meet legal requirements, client needs, and statutory obligations. You will be the first point of contact for building, building services, and FM-related issues, requiring regular liaison with specialist contractors to ensure work is conducted to the contracted standard.

This role also involves ensuring the health and safety of individuals affected by the undertaking of these works, adhering to appropriate controls and procedures. If you have a proven track record in commercial facilities and workplace management, a driving license, project management skills, IWFM Level 3 or equivalent, and First Aid qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
