As a Duty Manager at Broadwick
Soho, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the
spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do
through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.

As Duty Manager, you will be
managing the reception team, leading by example and ensuring that the guest
experience at Broadwick Soho is personalised and memorable. Reporting to the
Rooms Director, you will be working closely with the food and beverage, security,
housekeeping, engineering and people teams. The Duty Manager is responsible for
ensuring the LQA standards are trained and practised at all stages of the guest
experience and for crisis management, responding promptly and effectively to
emergency situations. Responsibilities also include ensuring that the reception
area is manned at all times and preparing and communicating the daily reports
and briefings to all departments.

What do we need from you?


  • Experience in Front Office Duty
    Management within a 5* luxury or lifestyle hotel.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with
    the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills.
  • Great computer skills and knowledge of
    Opera and / or Opera Cloud.
  • Ability to set standards and procedures
    and follow through on task completion.
  • Ability to work a 4 on 4 off shift
    pattern from 8am to 8pm.
