As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for managing the hotel's duty management, including preparing rotas, assessing training needs, and enhancing the duty management function. You will also foster a collaborative environment within the Front of House division and ensure that budgets and KPIs are met or exceeded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Front of House division's respective budgets and KPIs
  • Ensuring team training, development, and succession planning within the Front of House division
  • Monitoring guest feedback across all platforms and implementing effective initiatives to improve NPS, GRI, and TripAdvisor scores
  • Ensuring the team is trained to perform to the highest LQA and AA standards with consistency
