KeyDuties/Accountabilities:
Carry out arange of general office administrative support tasks includingmaintain and manage diaries prepare agendas arrange meetings andtake accurate technically appropriate minutes as directed collaterelevant documentation ensuring timely production and distributionand follow up action whererequired.
Assist with thecollection of technical data and performance indicators from staffcontractors other departments stakeholders consultants residentsand provide contract administration support ensuring that recordsare accurate and up todate.
Accuratelyinput interrogate update and monitor data for the department sadministrative and ITsystems.
Assist in thecollation of all relevant information required by the HomeOwnershipUnit.
Deal withtechnical service enquiries from the public contractors consultantsother departments external bodies and stakeholders and ensureappropriate information is forwarded to the relevant officer wherenecessary; record complaints closely monitor and take action toensure the service meets the Council s responsecriteria.
Under directionbe responsible for the preparation and administration of allaspects of tender documentation including packaging sending out andreceiving tenders in accordance with the Council s Standing Ordersandprocedures.
Responsible forrecording and managing the receipt and issue of keys and FOBSordering keys where appropriate and assisting in providing accesstoproperties.
Activelyparticipate in identifying technical and customerfocusedimprovements in service delivery and support the training of othermembers of the team asrequired.
Always ensurewhilst carrying out your duties due diligence is given to customercare and excellent service delivery Carry out all duties with dueregard to the provisions of health and safety regulations andlegislation the Council s equal opportunities and customer carepolices and the new technologyagreement.
Undertake anyother work appropriate to the level and general nature of the postholder s duties to ensure the continued effective operation of theserviceDesignation.
