Customer Service Administrator. Temporary ongoing.

£23725 per annum working 7:30am-4pm Mon-Thurs and a 12.30 finish Friday.

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a global business based in Southam in a Customer administration role. 

Your role will be structured, and you will support the business in several areas.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administration support to two departments
  • Answering calls and directing their enquiry to the correct department or answering customer service/technical questions if applicable.  
  • Handling customer queries.
  • Updating certification information
  • Updating customer database

Your Qualities:

  • Excellent tele manners and comfortable on a call with customers
  • Flexible can-do attitude and want to continue to develop.
  • Good IT skills 
  • Some office experience working in customer service or administration, 
  • Taking and directing calls
  • Using internal systems to process work
  • Scanning documents into the system
