Customer Service Administrator - Temporary Position

Salary: £23,725 per annum, with working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and a 12:30 PM finish on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative assistance across multiple departments.
  • Managing incoming calls and ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate department or addressing customer service and technical questions as needed.
  • Resolving customer inquiries effectively.
  • Maintaining and updating certification records.
  • Keeping the customer database current.

Essential Qualities:

  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and confidence in handling customer calls.
  • Adaptable and proactive attitude with a desire for continuous personal development.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Previous experience in an office environment, particularly in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Ability to take and route calls efficiently.
  • Experience using internal systems for processing tasks.
  • Skilled in scanning and managing documents within the system.
