Position Overview

EKFB, a prominent joint venture in the civil engineering and construction sector, is seeking a dedicated Site Administrator to enhance our team dynamics. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations within our administrative framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for the reception area, welcoming staff and visitors.
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meeting rooms, alongside managing Microsoft Teams functionalities.
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies and maintain an organized inventory of consumables.
  • Engage in correspondence and document management utilizing tools such as Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint, and CEMAR.
  • Provide essential support to both the Project Management and Commercial teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Exceptional communication skills across various levels of the organization.
  • Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Capability to generate and manage internal communications proficiently.
  • Flexibility in task execution and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
