Construction Administration Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to support our client's HS2 project in Long Itchington. As a key member of the project team, you will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project documentation, including the maintenance of records and the processing of goods received notes (GRN's).
  • Prepare and issue weekly plant reports, reconcile plant hire invoices, and collate external plant invoices.
  • Process payroll and produce a weekly overtime report for the project.
  • Assist with site inductions, process paperwork, and provide administrative support to the project team.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of COINS infrastructure and functionality.
  • Logical and well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Numerate, literate, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and IT competence levels.
  • Positive response to pressure and ability to manage change.
