Receptionist / Site Coordinator

EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe's latest high speed rail projects.
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in the Southam area. As the face of EKFB, you will be the main point of contact for the reception area for staff and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception desk area, booking in visitors, procuring office consumables, and managing supplies. You will also be responsible for managing meeting room bookings and Microsoft Teams management.
In addition to these tasks, you will provide support to the Project Management and Commercial teams, including correspondence and document management. You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
About You- Experience in an administration or reception role
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Strong time management skills to work to deadlines
- Ability to produce and manage communications
- Flexibility in tasks and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and collaborative working essential
- Must hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle

EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 5km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 67 overbridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
