As the face of EKFB, this individual will be the primary point of contact for staff and visitors, responsible for managing the reception desk area, including visitor bookings, procurement of office supplies, and meeting room management. Additionally, they will support the quality, design, and construction teams by uploading and tracking construction documents, as well as providing administrative assistance to the Project Management and Commercial teams.

  • Experience in a receptionist or administration role
