Your Objective as an Administrative Coordinator:
In this position, you will be responsible for performing essential administrative tasks, assisting various departments by managing communications and providing necessary support.
Key Attributes:
- Confident in handling customer interactions
- Possess solid IT skills (comfortable using computer systems)
- Previous experience in an administrative role, personal assistant, or receptionist position is preferred but not mandatory.

- Managing and redirecting phone calls
- Utilizing internal systems for processing tasks
- Digitizing documents into the system
- Performing general administrative duties
