Office Coordinator (Temporary Position)

We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a leading global manufacturing organization in an office coordinator role on a temporary basis.

Your Objective as an Office Coordinator:

In this position, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, managing incoming calls through a switchboard system, and providing essential support to different departments.

Key Attributes:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone
  • Proficient in basic IT skills (comfortable using computer systems)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, such as a personal assistant or receptionist, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Daily Responsibilities of an Office Coordinator:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Utilizing internal systems for processing tasks
  • Scanning and uploading documents into the system
  • Performing general administrative duties
