Production Operations Coordinator - A Role in a Premier Engineering Organization

Salary: £27,000 per annum

As a Production Operations Coordinator, your role will be vital in facilitating the seamless execution of production processes. You will collaborate with the Quality department to ensure that all documentation for incoming machined components is precise and current. Additionally, you will manage the logging and archiving of incoming certifications, compile customer build certifications, and prepare detailed certificate packs.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Generating purchase orders for production materials and external vendors.
  • Executing stock adjustments and completing work instruction documentation.
  • Updating drawings with production modifications and forwarding them to the Design Manager.
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, handling phone inquiries, and providing support to office personnel during absences.
