Office Coordinator (Temporary Position)
We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a prominent global manufacturing organization in an office coordinator role on a temporary basis.
Your Objective as an Office Coordinator:
In this position, you will be responsible for performing essential administrative tasks, managing incoming calls in a switchboard capacity, and providing administrative assistance to various departments.
Key Attributes:
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with clients
- Proficient in basic IT skills (comfortable using a computer)
- Previous experience in an administrative role, such as a personal assistant or receptionist, is preferred but not mandatory.
Daily Responsibilities of an Office Coordinator:
- Receiving and routing calls
- Utilizing internal systems to manage tasks
- Digitizing documents into the system
