Customer Service Administrator Position

Salary: £23,725 per annum, with working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and a 12:30 PM finish on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative assistance across multiple departments
  • Managing incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or addressing customer service and technical questions as needed
  • Resolving customer inquiries effectively
  • Maintaining and updating certification records
  • Ensuring the customer database is current and accurate

  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and confidence in communicating with customers
  • Adaptable and proactive attitude with a desire for personal growth
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Ability to handle and redirect calls efficiently
  • Familiarity with internal systems for processing tasks
  • Competence in scanning and managing documents within the system
