We are delighted to be working with an established and reputable company who are recruiting for a Sales Administrator. This role will be assisting the sales department with all administrative tasks to ensure external clients' needs are met and delivered on time.

As the Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customers with accurate and effective product knowledge
  • Providing documentation requested by customers
  • Assisting the sales team to ensure peak performance and sales success
  • Assisting with tender/submission documentation
  • Completing sales reports for the team
  • Maintaining customer contact records and schedules
  • Complying with all SHEQ procedures
  • Organising training of customers where required

The ideal Sales Administrator will require previous administration experience coupled with strong organisational skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
