Position: Customer Service Administrator

Type: Temporary ongoing
Salary: £23,725 per annum
Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Thursday), 12:30 PM finish on Friday.

This position involves structured support across various business functions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative assistance to multiple departments.
  • Managing incoming calls and routing inquiries to the appropriate teams or addressing customer service and technical questions as needed.
  • Resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintaining and updating certification records.
  • Updating and managing the customer database.

Essential Qualities:
  • Outstanding telephone etiquette and comfort in engaging with customers over the phone.
  • A flexible, proactive approach with a desire for continuous personal and professional development.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Prior experience in an office environment, particularly in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Ability to handle and direct calls effectively.
  • Experience with internal systems for processing tasks.
  • Capability to scan and upload documents into the system.
