Customer Support Coordinator

Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Thursday), 12:30 PM finish on Friday.

This position involves structured support across various business functions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance to multiple departments.
- Managing incoming calls and routing inquiries to the appropriate teams or addressing customer service and technical questions as needed.
- Resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintaining and updating certification records.
- Updating and managing the customer database.
Essential Qualities:
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and comfort in engaging with customers over the phone.
- A flexible, proactive approach with a desire for continuous personal and professional development.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Prior experience in an office environment, particularly in customer service or administrative roles.
- Ability to handle and direct calls effectively.
- Experience with internal systems for processing tasks.
- Capability to scan and upload documents into the system.
