Abouttherole

This is a12month rotational programme with ourspecialist mortgage teams in our Scottish office. You will get theamazing opportunity to spend time with our OperationsSales and Underwriting teams. You will gainexperience across our core property finance products buytoletmortgages residential mortgages and bridging finance.

You will work through the mortgage lifecyclethroughout your rotations. Some of your responsibilities will befrontline support for our brokers helping with enquiries on thephone email and webchat liaising with solicitors and carrying outsearches. You will be exposed to viewing specialist reports andmaking commercial riskbased lending decisions.

You will gain a Level 3qualification as aCertifiedPractitioner in Specialist PropertyFinancewith the LondonInstitute of Banking and Finance (LIBF)with dedicated time to study towardsthis. You will also receive a fully structured training planthroughout the programme.

To besuccessful with your application you MUSTbe available on either 22nd or 23rd May 2024 to attend anAssessment Centre at our Glasgow office (9 George Square Glasgow G21DY).

The potential start date for theprogramme will be 1st July2024.
