We are seeking an innovative Content Strategy and Communications Lead to become a vital part of our organization. In this position, you will be tasked with crafting and implementing a holistic content and public relations strategy that amplifies our brand visibility, captivates our target demographic, and fosters robust connections with influential journalists and media representatives in the mortgage industry. Primary Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a content and public relations strategy that aligns with LendInvest's corporate objectives and audience needs.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable advocate for LendInvest's offerings, embodying the brand in all forms of communication.
  • Generate, refine, and disseminate high-quality content, such as blog entries, articles, press announcements, newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Oversee and refresh the company's website content to ensure it remains current, relevant, and engaging.
  • Partner with the marketing department to strategize and implement content marketing campaigns that enhance traffic and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content materials, including infographics, videos, and presentations.
  • Track and evaluate content performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with external content producers, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Organize and oversee public relations activities, including drafting and distributing press releases, coordinating media events, and maintaining our network of journalists.
  • Establish and uphold a consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure our content and communications remain cutting-edge and impactful.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in content development, communications, or a comparable role, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated capability to produce engaging and persuasive content for diverse audiences and channels.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and analytical tools.
