Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager for our concrete admixtures business. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and profitability of our business. You will lead a team of Area Sales Managers, strategically guiding their efforts to meet and exceed sales targets. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping and executing a winning sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives and elevates our market presence.

The Opportunity:

  • As the National Sales Manager, you will lead and mentor a geographically dispersed sales team, empowering them to achieve both regional and national sales targets. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, driving market penetration, and expanding our customer base across the nation.
  • Collaboration will be key to your success, as you will work closely with key internal teams to enhance customer relationships and maximise cross-selling opportunities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers will be essential, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustained growth.
  • You will also play a critical role in monitoring market trends and providing insights to guide business decisions. Your ability to adjust strategies in real-time will ensure that our sales efforts remain aligned with market dynamics, enabling us to stay ahead of the competition.
