My client are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join their expanding team as a Sales Support professional. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, driven and self motivated with a flair for negotiation and project management.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process sales enquiries and potential leads via phone and email for bespoke products.
  • Effectively communicate customer requirements to the Design Team.
  • Project manage various projects from implementation to completion
  • Negotiate quotes and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Offer creative solutions to meet customer needs and enhance their experience.
  • Provide comprehensive after-care support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development through provided training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Sales focussed
  • Initiative to offer advice, recommend changes and formulate creative ideas.
  • Good listening, organising and numeracy skills.
  • Enjoyment of negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • An interest in art, creativity, or design is advantageous, as the role involves discussing design briefs with customers.
