Responsibilities / Tasks

Responsibilities: Health and Safety 

To be familiar with, and act in accordance with, all relevant health and safety management legislation. 

Responsibilities: Quality Management 

To be familiar with, act in accordance with, and help develop the company quality systems rules, regulations and policies. 
Works within corporate policies and frameworks, but also encouraged to influence directions taken on strategic issues. 

Responsibilities: Specific 

Compiling and supplying basic design / project documentation, to form a project logbook for use in Production. 
Scanning documentation, material certificates and certificates of conformity. 
Checking the accuracy and content of documentation supplied by vendors in the supply chain. 
Requesting any missing documentation from the supply chain, including GEA own companies in China & India. 
Administer and control qualification related documents required for each project. 
Collate and present required technical documents, test, inspection, and material certification required by the project. 
To create and manage the machine labels standard templates for production 
To represent the Validation Team when required 
To support the Technical Author with task appropriate technical writing for the Project Manuals 
Administer the following as assigned by the projects;
Assembly protocols, Inspection protocols, Material certification, 2nd level traceability records, FAT documents, Logbooks, Translations, Buck Valve certification, Buck Valve and / or IBC Manuals.
 

Responsibilities: General 

To assist in all related test and qualification activities where appropriate to provide assistance and to aid the on-going improvement of our documentation systems. 
To provide administrative support for all documents in the qualification scope. 
To maintain the Validation procedures and any required improvements. 

Responsibilities: Performance 

To ensure the project documentation is completed in line with the company procedures, project schedules, and customer requirements. 

Responsibilities: Corporate  

To co-operate with other GEA Sites in order to achieve appropriate synergies. 

Responsibilities: Personal Development 

To actively drive their own personal development & agree their current and future training and development needs. 
To actively support change process to meet the continuous improvement requirements.
To manage the use of all resources including systems & tools within their disposal, in order to achieve the maximum efficiency with regard to costs, delivery and quality. 

Responsibilities: Analytical and Data 

To maintain accuracy of all data within the respective IT systems pursuant to their activity. 

Other Duties 

Any other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time that are compatible with your status, skills, experience and qualifications.

Minimun experience 2-3 years office environment

Fluency in English

Expertise in Microsoft Office
