Driver Hire Southampton is looking to hire an Administrator to join our successful Southampton/Eastleigh Branch.

As Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Running payroll (Full Training will be provided)
- Approving time sheets
- Preparing Application packs
- Data entry
- Maintaining compliance
- Assisting with employment references
- Dealing with queries

In addition to this you will have experience using Excel, Word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations. You will be well organised, with excellent attention to detail. Due to the nature of the role, working closely with the recruitment team, as well as the Company Directors, clear and concise communication skills are essential; as well as the ability to multi-task and to prioritise workload.

**Monday to Friday - **(28 hours per week) we offer flexible hours work to suit you and the business accordingly.

Salary is based upon experience - you will also receive the benefits of holiday pay and auto-enrolment to our pension scheme.
