Customer Service Executive and Administrator
- Immediate start
Location: Eastleigh, you will need to complete training in the office for 2 weeks 8:30 until 5pm then after training can be flexible.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
**Salary**: £11.00 to £11.50 per hour
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Temporary 12 weeks however, there will then be an opportunity for you to remain on a fixed term contract thereafter with the business and the salary would rise as a result of this (Or this can be taken as a temporary only position
Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established property service based in Eastleigh and due to business growth throughout 2023 our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their already successful team.
As a Customer Service Advisor and Administrator you will provide an excellent and suitable service to all customers
Key duties and responsibilities:
- To assist customers who have enquiries through various digital platforms and manage their expectations IE Facebook, Twitter, Trust piolet etc
- To provide excellent front line service and take ownership of any enquires from customers
- To liaise with third parties to manage enquiries and provide solutions
- To update customers and third parties
- To manage and update the internal system with customer details and legal documents
- To complete all round administration
The ideal customer service executive and Administrator will have/be
- Previous customer service experience
- Good administration skills
- Be computer literate including Microsoft package
- Have a positive, 'can do' attitude.
- Be able to start asap
- To be a problem solver
