We are seeking a Customer Service to join our UK Industrial Team. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in contributing to the achievement of TSS UK objectives.

About the Job

Reporting to the Head of Sales the primary function of this role is to ensure the customer is provided with a first-class service. Developing an extensive knowledge of all aspects of customer service including company objectives, guidelines, procedures & workflows, that are so important in our market.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • First point of contact for Industrial customers enquiries / concerns
  • Investigation of customer complaints or concerns and raising through the required channels.
  • Receive and respond to customer’s quotation requests in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Acquire feedback from customer and update appropriate systems.
  • Receive and process customers' orders / schedules according to Order Review process.
  • Prioritize the workload to satisfy the customer needs and meet the Company targets.
  • Developing a knowledge of company products / part numbering system through visits to manufacturing sites and a range of online tools.
  • Ensuring guidelines and procedures are adhered to at all times, seeking support from Customer Service colleagues, Key Account Managers or the Management Team if needed.

About the Ideal CandidateEducation and Experience:
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
  • ERP experience is essential: SAP experience is preferred.
