**JJob Title: Customer Services Officer**

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday**

Due to expansion our client, a well-respected and long-established financial services company based in Solihull is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their Customer Service Team.

**Key Duties**:

- Provide accurate and timely information in response to customer enquires
- Interpret customers instructions and action in accordance with company procedures and processes
- Manage, organise and update relevant information on computer systems
- Perform these tasks within the service level agreements of the division
- Represent the organisation in a highly professional manner at all times

**Key Skills/Experience Required**:

- A passion for excellent Customer Services
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand the core of a customer’s issue
- Basic understanding of mortgages
- Grade 4 /Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
