**Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (one hour for lunch) Hybrid working is available.**

**Description**:
Due to expansion our client, a well-respected and long-established financial services company based in Solihull is recruiting a Customer Services Officer to join their busy Customer Services team.

The main purpose of the Customer Services Officer is to provide full range of support to customers, answering queries and updating internal systems with all relevant and accurate information.

**Key Duties**:

- Provide accurate and timely information in response to customer enquires
- Interpret customers instructions and action in accordance with company procedures and processes
- Manage, organise and update relevant information on computer systems
- Perform these tasks within the service level agreements
- Represent the organisation in a highly professional manner at all times
- Adhoc administration support as and when required

**Key Skills/Experience Required**:

- Experience of working in an office environment, with a passion for providing excellent Customer Services
- Capable of organising, prioritising and completing tasks within set timeframes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good understanding of how to communicate with customers experiencing personal or financial difficulties
- Computer literate
- Ability to understand the core of a customer’s issue
- Basic understanding of mortgages
