Richard Irvin an RSK Group company are recruiting for a Project Administrator to join the team based in Edinburgh, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists are trained to start with our clients’ individual needs and work outwards from there. Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries. Our team is based throughout the UK – meaning you’re never too far from the help you need.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration and maintenance of Project database for National Libraries and associated projects
  • Monitor Safety and technical evidence for projects
  • Take ownership and Organise online portal reporting for group company requirements for Safety, Client feedback, auditing and Sustainability
  • Support Fleet and Plant requirements are reflected in our CAFM system
  • Controlling National Libraries Project/purchase requests and approval process and ensured followed as an auditable event

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of two years administration experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Works well within a team and can self-deliver project-based tasks
