Operations Assistant

Job purpose: To act as the first point of contact for all Inca (AGFA company) employees and visitors to the site whilst providing a significant amount of administrative support to the Operations team.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Managing the switchboard, greeting and directing visitors.
- Organising the distribution and collection of post.
- Organising and monitoring room bookings.
- Assisting with security and H&S procedures.
- Organising lunch provisions for employees, guests and clients.
- Booking of local and international travel arrangements.
- Fleet management for company vans and cars.
- Monitoring stationery levels and making orders.
- Managing sub-contractors for maintenance work.
- Progress reporting for procurement.
- Providing additional ad-hoc administrative support to facilities, procurement and other departments as and when required.
- To assist the Head of Procurement with strategic projects as and when required.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong administrative background, ideally with customer facing & facilities experience.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
