About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service and business administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • English GCSE pass at Grade 3/D or above
  • Maths GCSE pass at Grade 3/D or above
  • Or an equivalent level of Literacy and Numeracy skills
  • Experience of prioritizing own work
  • Experience of organization of work
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • ICT qualification such as Clait, EDCL etc
  • Experience of working in a patient and customer care focused environment
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
