The Role:

Are you a manager who puts your team and our guests at the heart of your business? Who really listens to and focuses on their needs? Can you take full responsibility for the Front Office team and use your skills to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience? If you answered yes, then we want to hear from you. As Assistant Front Office Manager you will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and a track record of delivering results through your people. You will support the Front Office Manager in taking care of Reception, Guest Relations and Nights, and you will need to work closely with all other departments to ensure guests have a seamless experience. You will be passionate about delivering a world class guest experience and will be happy to take the lead in training and developing your team. You will also be driving sales, working to budgets and dealing with challenging guest issues, while coaching and mentoring your team.

  • Previous experience in similar environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, client and staff at all levels
  • Experience of delivering training using company guidelines
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to achieve and set standards and operate to performance
  • Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate
  • Self-motivated, able to make decisions and react to sudden changes in operation
