The successful candidate must have proactive sales experience, have a passion for networking and meeting new clients, and be able to think outside the box for new ways to generate new business

About the Sales Manager role:
- Proactively drive sales for the site, identifying new opportunities to increase C&E revenue
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan
- Produce reports with in depth detail of sales performance, forecasting, and growth
- Grow, manage and sustain all key accounts
- Think creatively and generate new ideas to grow the business and enhance revenue
- Build strong internal and external relationships
Ideal Sales Manager:
- Experience in a proactive sales or business development role from an events background
- Proven track sales record
- Strong network of corporate clients and event bookers/agents
- Clear and confident communicator
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage your own pipeline
- Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated
