The role:
- Generating sales leads through proactive phone and video calls, e-mail, and networking events
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients to maintain and develop your network and talent pool
- Learning about your sector to become a specialist and be seen as a trusted Recruitment Consultant
- Generating talent through online job boards and social media channels such as LinkedIn
- Managing your targets
- Holding virtual and face-to-face client meetings and candidate interviews

- 25k base salary + excellent uncapped commission scheme (45-65k OTE in your first year)
