About the Role

As a Financial Sales Consultant at deVere, you will provide personalised, independent financial advice tailored to each client's unique needs. Your role involves building strong relationships, guiding clients through their financial plans, and helping them make informed, strategic decisions for their medium and long-term goals. We also offer opportunities across the globe in our international offices and remote roles for experienced advisors.


Key Activities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients (B2C).
  • Maintain strong communication and build trusting relationships with a personalised advisory approach.
  • Identify and address clients' current and potential financial needs, advising on suitable opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough reviews to deliver tailored financial solutions.
  • Provide needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencing.
  • Continuously assess potential impacts and identify risks and opportunities for clients.
  • Analyse global markets and clients' situations to recommend appropriate financial products and services.
  • Advise on a comprehensive range of products, including Lump Sum Investments, Fixed-Income Products, Global Funds, Regular Savings Plans, Portfolio Bonds, and International Pension Planning


About You

This position is ideal for experienced and qualified IFA candidates as well as Financial Sales Consultants looking for a client-facing, sales-driven role within the international financial sales profession. It is not suited for those in accounting, auditing, or financial management roles.


Skills Required

  • Service-focused with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing high-net-worth clients is desirable.
  • Knowledge of lump sum investments, offshore investments, fintech, bonds, or pension products is highly advantageous.
  • A trustworthy, financially sound, professional team player with a commitment to delivering top-quality service.
  • Strong judgment skills and attention to detail.
  • A proven sales track record is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ambitious, success-driven, and motivated by targets.
