Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving Synapx’s growth by building targeted client relationships, coordinating sales events, and consistently delivering against sales targets.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in outbound sales or a similar role, with a track record of delivering on sales targets.
  • Networking Skills: Strong skills in targeted networking, particularly in managing and executing email outreach campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and IT Basics: Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI will be advantageous.
  • Event Coordination: Experience in planning or coordinating sales events for lead generation purposes.
  • Goal-oriented: Comfortable working in a results-driven environment with a focus on delivering against sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Confident and articulate communicator who can effectively convey the value of Synapx solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales: Leverage your sales experience to identify, reach, and engage potential clients through targeted networking, including cold and warm email outreach.
  • Lead Generation: Develop, execute, and coordinate sales events to drive new leads and grow our client base.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment by managing the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Client Education: Use your knowledge of the Power Platform and IT basics to articulate the value of Synapx solutions to prospective clients and identify how we can meet their unique needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and solutions teams to align on strategies, share insights from client interactions, and contribute to overall sales and marketing goals.
