Job Title: Licensing Manager

Client Location: London - Hybrid

Salary/Pay Rate: £44.37 per hour PAYE

Duration: 12 months

Our client's scale programs aim to guide customers towards the right investment for their creativity and productivity needs. They strive for objective and empathetic engagements to ensure smooth and efficient program execution.


What You'll Do:

  • Meet financial targets and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate closely with the Licensing team.
  • Provide regular updates to the team lead and customer management system.
  • Align with various stakeholders.
  • Establish a sustainable workflow for your role.
  • Continuously measure and refine performance for maximum success.
  • Deliver a positive and insightful service to customers.
  • Engage respectfully with customers, leveraging your knowledge.


Required skills:

  • Experience in licensing and software.
  • Confidence and gravitas in B2B interactions.
  • Experience within partner/reseller indirect sales organizations.
  • Proficiency in virtual/matrix-based organizational navigation.
  • Analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and valuable insights to share.
  • IT/technical skills and knowledge.
